This is a z-wave device, which can work on hubs from Hubitat, HomeSeer, SmartThings, HomeAssistant, ZBox, Wink, etc. as well as security systems like Aarm.com, Vivint and Ring.

I have one of these connected to Home Assistant, while it works it's much slower at recognition than my other zigbee motion sensors. Granted I haven't messed with the configuration settings

Z-wave motion sensors are designed for use in security systems, meaning they are programmed for "high-confidence" to avoid costly false alarm calls. Zigbee are usually tuned for high sensitivity, as false alarms are irritating rather than expensive, citation-generating events. It's bad to call the cops repeatedly for false alarms.

Flip side is that z-wave sensors are less likely to react to shadows and are better at ignoring pets.

This in the 2-pack and the flood & freeze sensor do not qualify for the "Select 3 items - 10% off promotion"

You will need to buy this in single pack x 2 and the Flood & Freeze sensor. This combination come out to be cheaper then the 2-pack + flood sensor.

I have some fibaro zwave motion sensors that work just as good as the zigbee, it's literally the ring motion sensor thats slow. https://www.fibaro.com/en/product...on-sensor/
