Two minutes ago, I saw the Jackery 1000 v2 selling for $386, and I was surprised by the low price and about to buy it when I remembered Pecron. Now I'm even more surprised. What a timely discount! LOL

just bought this last month for 399. so far i'm loving it. i have this model and the e600LFP and i use them like crazy between jobs around the house with an airless sprayer that will trip breakers otherwise and then traveling with a 12v refrigerator. also when boating i'll take it to power the 12v refrigerator while the unit is hooked up to a 200w flexible solar panel.

Man I'm jumping on this.
I've been looking at this forever and waiting for a reason to buy it.
At $380 and no tax its a good deal but at $331 and no tax, its a fantastic deal.
Here's a simple reason why it's better than every other power station in the 1800w/1024wh category.
It has a switch for 20a input. What that means is you can hook up a 12v lifepo4 via the solar port and it will transfer ~250w. All of the other power station can only transfer ~100w at 12v because they limit it to 8amps.
A bonus is that this power station also allow expandable battery.
I'm in for one.

Just to add, I have every size power station imaginable.
The category of 1800w/1024wh(under 30 lbs) power station is the perfect size to bring everywhere.
Light enough not to be a burden but powerful enough to run just about everything.
What makes this better than the others is that I have these mini 100ah 12v lifepo4 that I can bring with me for extra capacity. The 250w transfer rate for 12v make a huge difference vs only 100w.
My only concern is that Pecron quality control is not that great.
I've had Pecrons that lasted me for 3 yr with zero problems and I've had Pecron dead on arrival.
Another thing is their wifi connection is a bit flaky compares to other brands.
Willing to give them a chance at this price though.
PURCHASED.

Yes DC 20A output is fantastic, it's one of my favorite features

It seems you've made full use of the DC 20A advantages, I often use it in diesel heater

As an early adopter of one of pecron's earlier models, be careful of fully draining while using. You can brick it. There is also an unknown usb c short circuit i was never able to figure out.
Warranty useless as they didn't answer when mine bricked. Bought long torx screw drivers to disassemble and reset bricked battery. Fixed that but usb still fried

How were you able to unbrick this? I've come across a few different bricked power stations- mostly bricked or burned out by charging with too large a solar input.

This might only apply to pecron e600lfp but - inside is an xt60 connection. I disconnected, waited a minute or so, reconnected and it came back to life. I immediately charged and it has been fine. I no longer fully discharge while charging with solar. The battery gauge is bad and isn't great - i have zeroed out battery and recharged with solar with minimal issues. Bad programming. there was a very big spark when i reconnected so wear electrical proof gloves

I would buy this for the fact that you can make your own diy expansion battery with a 48v golf cart battery. I did it with my oupes mega 1 as well. Here is a guy that shows how to do it.I do have the anker solix c1000 1st its great but the proprietary expansion port is the downside IMO.https://youtu.be/-kITqaozULA?si=nat43GLjmInA871l

My e600lfp is bricked. What's the process?

Disconnect xt60 connector inside for a min or two and reconnect
