This is a good deal at $50 below AMD's original MSRP. This model is a SFF base card, no dual bios, no RGB however my stepson has one of these in a pre-built that he bought, and it works great. I had bought a XFX Mercury Magnetic Air 9070 XT for myself back in late March,
Both his Reaper and my Merc perform within spitting distance of each other, and a simple undervolt through the AMD Adrenaline software makes these more power efficient and boost stably at 3100 MHz+. This is a great deal if you're looking for a no frills version of this GPU. I just bought one of these to use as a Christmas gift. Thanks OP!
This is MSRP. It's the non-XT version. MSRP for the Reaper 9070 XT IS $600.
Great card, I just did a quick review of the Red Devil version. Keep in mind these are LARGE cards, despite being non-XT (I measure it half-way in my video). These are also very power efficient and quite.

They're full-size cards yes, but actually quite good for SFF builds. Smaller than most other cards. Keep in mind the reaper variant here is smaller than the red devil variant you reviewed.
The power efficiency is indeed a big plus. Most of the performance boost from the XT variant is just because it runs at a higher TDP. If you dial both cards in for peak efficiency there is very little performance difference. At default settings the non-XT variant runs more efficiently than the XT variant because its TDP is much lower.

Agreed. The red devil came in at 13.5 inches by the way - which was a tight fit even in my huge Tower 600 case.

Everyone thinking of buying AMD gpus should reconsider. They recently announced they are cutting game optimized driver support f RDNA1 and RDNA2 gpus, Aka RX 5000 and 6000 gpus. These gpus are very capable still but the company has betrayed its customers. Stay away from AMD until they reverse their stupid decision.

For clarification, the Red Devil is the large card. The Reaper from this deal is way more compact and will fit many SFF builds. Hardware Unboxed did a follow up review after their initial round-up of 9070xt cards which includes the reaper for more insight on this card. Long story short, for its size, performs very well.
