Are you talking about the solar charging limit on these? What else could be better? New to this and trying to figure out what to get. I'm guessing since this is 4KW this would qualify for the solar credits?

Ordered this bundle and it arrived today without the expansion battery. Still waiting on support to confirm whether that will be shipping separately soon, as I do not have any extra tracking numbers other than what was already delivered.

I ordered the expansion battery on 10/29 and it hasn't shipped yet either. I heard from someone on the FB group that it is backordered.

Idle power consumption on this is extremely efficient, only 9-10 watts per hr. My old Bluetti EP500 uses 45-50watts per hour.
