I have the Samsung Jet Bot+ and while it was decent when it first came out, I would absolutely not recommend it over one of the many Dreame vacuums in this price range. The Samsung is actually my second least favorite vacuum I've ever owned. My least favorite was my Deebot T8 Aivi, because it constantly needed maintenance and had lost track of its base and just generally was troublesome. The Samsung also had its fair share of annoyances, not least of which was the fact that it wasn't smart enough to not rub up against my stainless steel refrigerator, scraping it up before I realized what was happening.
Mapping, obstacle avoidance, mopping, navigation... pretty much every measurable area of a robot vacuum is inferior on the Samsung compared to my Dreame L10s Ultra. Just get the Dreame when it's on sale or refurbished. It'll be cheaper, require far less maintenance and 'helicopter parenting', and it'll just do a better job of vacuuming and mopping.
Ultimately, Samsung seems like they released these vacuums, realized that fully committing to the segment wasn't worth the investment, and they have abandoned it. Which, to be honest, was probably a smart decision on their part. The robot vacuum segment is just for too competitive with a couple of companies that are dedicated to producing and innovating only robot vacuums, and Samsung just can't compete.
If you're in the market for a robot vacuum, stick to companies like Dreame or Roborock that specialize in producing robot vacuums.

I have the Samsung jetbot from a slickdeal for $220ish but this came out pre-covid so this is an old product. And the accessories are tough to find and expensive. But it's a good robot vacuum has cleaned my living room for years now without issue

100% agree. The Dreame has been as low as $200 refurb; when I got mine it was brand new in a box.
It works great and never gets lost, the mapping and scheduling is top notch
I got the Jet Bot+ Robot Vacuum with Clean Station in March 2024. The vacuum has been okay, till early this yr. After few months, I start getting this error, "please remove the brush and take out whatever is stuck in there" every 5-10 mins of running and stops the cleaning completely. If i don't take any action for few hrs, it will go sleep mode in same spot.
As any logical person, i did it exactly even though there is nothing stuck there and every 5 mins i keep getting this error. Trust me when i say this, i was so frustrated that i removed the whole brush and the side brush. Result? Same error even though there is no brush in it.
I hate to blame Samsung but their software may have a glitch or they purposely send this error so stop the cleaning so we buy new stuff, idk.
I would never ever buy another samung bot because of this. Its still sitting in a corner doing nothing.

I am constantly looking for another Robovac because my home is 2 stories but I don't want to carry my Eufy S1 Pro up and down the stairs. Plus, the second floor of my home is 95% carpet, so I don't need a mop.
From the tiny bit of an investigation I've done, this looks like a fire sale. The aftermarket battery is 1/3 the cost of the device. There don't seem to be (m)any accessories available, the few aftermarket ones I'm finding are, again, ~1/3 the price of the vacuum (~$115). Reviews also don't seem to be flattering and there aren't many.
If you're buying this, 100% get the 3rd party warranty.
Have the non AI as many posted here.. it was great year 1, but the battery life after the first year is abysmal (less than 5min) and way too sensitive to blockages.
Their stick Jet vacuum OTOH has been great 3+ years later
Don't know about this one but I have an EcoVac Deebot and it is terrible. Atleast if you have pets it doesn't. Gets clogged up and won't clear out w/o manually doing it which is a pain to do.
I wouldn't get samsung anything. I have the Jet Bot+ Vaccum and after using for like 1 yr or so the battery started failing. Would only clean for like 5 minutes and battery would be zero percent. Also the thing is incredibly loud. I got the Dreame X40 Refurb from eBay recently and that thing is a beast. It comes like new, has vacuum and mop and the software is a lot better. It's also quiet, definitely would recommend that instead of Samsung anything.
I rarely comment, but want to share my very negative thoughts on Samsung Jetbot (older model). I have owned other smart vacuums: Neato, Deebot, Samsung, and Roborock. I hate my jetbot. The smart things app for managing the Samsung jetbot is frustrating and lacking features. When I purchased the jetbot (2 years ago), the smart things app was unable to schedule cleaning of specific rooms. It could only schedule "whole house" cleaning. Support gave me the run around for weeks insisting that feature existed, only to concede it was only capable of scheduling whole house cleanings - after the return period ended.
The main brush is a "cloth/microfiber" material and will destroy any unintended objects that happen to get tangled in it. Worse, it doesn't tangle and "jam" on cables like other vacuums, the roller will just keep spinning and burn through the cable/object. I'm lucky it was a usb cable and not something high voltage. I banished it to clean my unfinished basement but it stopped working right due to a bad sensor - it always thinks there is an object on its rightside and won't turn that direction. I'll never buy another Samsung appliance. Small electronics, android phones, tv's - that's all I trust Samsung to do right.
I love my 2 roborocks. The app is fantastic. I bought both refurbished and am very happy with them. I may buy another, or try a dreame next due to all the positive recommendations I see on Slickdeals.

Agreed - same experience. My dreame l20 ultra is such a better software experience. I still have my old jet bot but don't use it often.
