I feel like the 40oz is already obnoxiously large when I'm at work. Would the 60 be too big for traveling around?

For traveling around? Yes it would be very big. But I have one that lives on my desk and like it there because it's extremely hard to tip over. But it is legitimately heavy. I often sip as I'm standing up or sitting down while it's full. And I still have a 40 that travels with me, and often is not far away on my desk too. But I won't take the 64 to a meeting room, say.

For Meeting rooms, 24 oz is the maximum for me without a handle.
