Looks like a pretty good deal for some of their best batteries, chargers, and 3 XR tools.
I'd be on this if I needed tools or batteries but I'm stocked up at the moment!

Looks like all the free tool options are:
DCB205 - 5ah battery (older 18650 style, used to be labeled as XR)
DCS334 - XR D handle jigsaw
DCW600 - XR 1/4" router
DCS356 - XR oscillating multitool
DCE560 - caulk gun
DCS565 - XR 6 1/2" circular saw
DCF913 - 3/8" impact (boo that Lowe's doesn't carry the better 921/923)
FWIW, With router, jigsaw and angle grinder the angle grinder was $75 prorated on return of other items. This was the lowest price I could find for that specific item.
I tried to do three routers but prorated price came up null and they would not let me return without returning everything. I seem to get the null price if I duplicate any of the free tools.
I tried a couple combinations to get the router lower but the lowest price I could get was $98, with the router, jigsaw and the circular saw.

Curious - are you doing all the returns/tests online before you receive anything? Just wondering how you're testing all the combinations, etc.

You have to actually buy the deal. Then it shows up. I've "purchased" probably 10 yimes.I've only actually pick up two of the purchases. After 7 days they automatically return.
How do you see the prorated prices with lowes? App or website I just set 449 for battery's and tools showing free.
You have to actually buy the deal then you see the prorated price. If you know your lowes people you can go in there and go to the service desk and they'll show you what the prorated prices. But I don't like to do this they get obviously annoyed.

Where can you see the prorated price of each item? I am only interested in the oscillating multi-tool, so I put a jigsaw and router in the cart. I didn't realize you could hack Lowe's deals the same way you can HD's when they do bundles.
Update: Sorry, I posted this before refreshing the page and seeing it was answered already. I will purchase to store and pick up if the price is good.

Your net price can be roughly computed as follows:
$ = (price of items you keep) * 449 / (price of items in order)

Thanks, I figured this out after asking my question. But then I also realized that the multitool was the same price as the angle grinder, and HyrumBeck had already posted what the cost of that was after returning everything else.
However, I didn't have the option to do a store pickup, so I shipped to Home. And on the receipt that came to my email, I'm not seeing pro-rated prices. I can't seem to post an image, but it shows Unit Price $0.00, Subtotal $0.00 next to each of the 3 free tools. Does this only work when picking up in store?

Things COULD be different, but last time I did any hacks at Lowe's it HAD to be in person, I think I saw people being able to do it with store pickup in app as well but I haven't tried that personally.
Either way as a general FYI, if it shows $0 or Free for an item it cannot be returned on it's own, it either needs to have it's own price or a return/prorated price on the receipt.
Like I said, I've always done Lowe's IN STORE and had no issues. Bought my items, went to my car to set down what I'm keeping and walk back in to return immediately. Never been given hassle or questioned on why my receipt was 2 mins old or anything, lol.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'm going to try to cancel my online order then, since the receipt shows $0. I don't know if I'll be able to do this as the tool I actually want does not seem to available for in store pickup.

Can you return all 3 tools and keep the batteries? How much were the batteries prorated to? These batteries are beasts.

Had a 20% off offer which brought the price down to $360. When I went to pick it up they said I had to return all 4 items to get a refund and that they wouldn't be taking single items back. So YMMV if you plan on returning certain items.
