I won't buy another Dreame product again. After 3 months of using a L40 Ultra, it will not mop anymore - it does not detect the mop pads. Support tells me there's a known firmware issue and no resolution.

Not covered in 3 year warranty ?

How is this better than L40?

The main differences are that the L40s has stronger suction (up to 19,000 Pa) compared to the L40's 11,000 Pa, comes with a specialized DuoBrush for hair, and has Leap Wheels to navigate taller thresholds (up to \(1.25\) inches). The L40, however, features an extendable side brush for better corner cleaning and a "dirt detection" sensor that allows it to re-clean areas if the water is very dirty. Both models can vacuum and mop simultaneously and have self-maintenance bases, but the L40s's base can use hot water for washing the mop pads, while the L40 uses room-temperature water for washing.

Anyone have thoughts on this vs the Mova P10 Ultra Pro? I have the Mova coming today but I had been looking at this Dreame model but it was more than I wanted to spend at the time. For this price I'd be tempted
