Based on everything I found - seems like it's coming from Pop Mart, the price is likely reduced by AliExpress funding the price reduction. So I don't see an obvious "this is a fake", not any more (or less) than this deal which just expired. In both cases, the price is comparable, and even the "store front" is very similar looking. The Amazon deal is also shipped by Pop Mart direct, rather than Amazon fulfillment - so shipping cost is wrapped into the final price.
Shipping is not free - it's $8.41 to where I am - still not bad, $25ish total before the sales tax, even if the fad is waning on these.
Regardless, I ordered one for the lulz (or is that for the Labubuz) - we'll see what arrives.
