Prime video sucks these days with constant interruptions with ads. I already pay $140 per year for Prime membership and now they want another $36 to go ad free. Greedy bastards!

Not to mention PRime Video is the absolute worst front end. I can't just go view what I bought or what I already paid for I have to scroll through content that is locked behind 4 different kinds of paywalls ! Just a terrible experience to browse. You have to know exactly what you want to see and go directly there! Even if I subscribe to Paramount Plus ( directly) Paramount + movies still show up as locked and Amazon wants additional fees! Even if you pay to remove adds adds are NOT REMOVED they are still there you just can skip them. I don't want to pick up a remote and skip an add if I am paying for NO adds! I put a movie on and do household tasks I don't always have the remote handy and shouldn't have to!

And content is the worstI think they pick up all movies that are less than 5 ratings on IMDb
Where is it located, top, scroll to bottom, a pop up?
To Lord Vader and the Travel Kin:
It pops up on once you go to the website, slightly below the center of the screen. You can choose to accept or decline the offer. If it is not obvious, then I am afraid you may not have the offer.

Yea it sucks but for $12 a month you get free shipping-overnight shipping a lot of times too-, video, music, gaming, photos, and reading. Most other streaming services are over $12 just for videos. If you don't want ads pay $15 a months. Still a great value.
Corporate Apologist of the day reward goes to you, congrats!
Amazon sent me an email stating that I was eligible for this credit yesterday. It also thanked me for watching Prime Video. I don't know why I received the email but the day prior I'd started watching a movie on Prime Video and fallen asleep and several more movies had played afterward until I woke up the next morning lol. I say this because I've received credits before for watching x amount of hours on Prime Video, but I don't know if that was the reason I received the credit this time.

My Prime Student membership reached its 4 year limit (and I'm waaay too slow to be an actual student Lol), so they were going to charge me $140.
I chatted customer service & asked them to extend my student membership at ~$80/year.
They did, and now that $2/month doesn't feel like a big deal to me, relatively speaking.
Learn the rules. Play the game. If you don't ask the question, the answer is always no.
I'd like to know when/if this promo expires since apparently I've redeemed it a long time ago and and don't qualify.

I haven't had overnight shipping in years. Like 8 plus years.

I think it depends how close you are to an Amazon Distribution Center. I have one about 5 miles from my house and another probably about 30 miles away. I get offered overnight shipping on a large percentage of my orders
