Got this last time a couple weeks ago, works good enough. App is a little glitchy, but good value for $100. This MSRP isn't $700 it is really like $350, this is the costco model.

I have both Shark and Rob Rock.
Shark is a little inferior in terms of software and features, but cleaning wise both are good.

The Shark I have doesn't have a mopping function but has a 60 day bin. I wouldn't use mopping function anyways.

Took a shot. I went to Amazon and bought the 3 year Asurion warranty. I assume somehow it knows what it covers, or will it send something to me later to ask?
