Unfortunately like many of these budget kits, this one is lacking any sort of antiseptic ointment. You can buy those individual packs from Amazon for $5-6 for a couple dozen, but at that point you might want to price shop with Walmart, Sam's Club, and Costco to see if you can get a much bigger kit that includes those for not much more money.

The problem I have with all these kits is they are stuffed with band-aids. Who cares if I prick my finger and there's a couple drops of blood? You need lots of gauze and tape for any laceration of consequence. I stepped on a broken bottle barefoot once, and there's no way this kit could dress the wound adequately for the drive to get it cleaned and sutured.
I'd say make your own first aid kit, and sure, throw a few band-aids in there if you want.

The tournaquet and space blanket are the best pieces here. maybe the shears if they are capable of cutting clothing.

Because other countries don't need medical supplies for their own people or are unable to produce these simple products outside of cheap tech/knock offs- for some reason.🙄The racism is strong.

This should not be stored in a car. The summer temperature will destroy everything inside.
