This is a China parts bin bike, you can find replacement parts for everything but you've got to search! Rotors are a bit of pain to find due to the odd center to center bolt spacing. Youtube the video on assembly, it might save you a few mins of head scratching.
I hate how the front wheel mounts to the forks. Under braking, the entire assembly torques on the front forks. TBH, this bike is scarily built for doing 28 mph. I've ridden motorcycles since I was a teen and joke I should wear a full track suit and helmet with it.
The mechanical brakes are horrible for a bike this heavy that'll go this fast. As long as you recognize you cannot stop on a dime at 20+mph then ok.
Note this is a class 3 bike technically. If you ride in parks for only class 2, only use PAS mode 2 (19mph cap). Get a class 2 sticker and you'll "technically" be compliant. Other bikers may get pissed off if you're ripping past them at 20+! This is a novice trail bike. If you jump this bike more than a foot you don't expect to land in one piece.
I compare my build quality to some much higher end bikes and see little or no difference. I also warn it is the higher end bike makers are closing up shop as ebikes become more of a commodity and they will be the bikes you are less likely to find a parts for. Higher end and over engineered things have more proprietary parts and always cost more and are harder to repair than the more common versions. It is part of the marketing strategy to make them that way.

Holy shit this thing is amazing for the $331 i payed out the door with tax.
Box was in great condition besides a few scrapes on the right side delivered by Fedex.
Assembly was simple, I went ahead and removed the cranks and crank set off to torque the square tapered bottom bracket just to be safe. I put 50 ft lbs of torque on the wrench and nothing budged in the slightest so it is at the very least not loose lol. There was no grease on the tapered bits btw.
I found three pieces (bolt, knut, spacer for the lamp/fender) free floating in the bottom of the box everything else was nicely packaged.
Came with the tools needed to assemble.
I am not a fan of the PAS power application (full boost to 10mph) but it gets the job done if you are expecting it.
There is a P12 setting you can adjust in the display but it does not seem to be doing anything.
Overall im amazed by this deal now i just have to wait for snow for this to be worth the space it takes up as it is massive.
My 5'6 sister was not willing to test it because she couldnt stand upright over the bar while still. I'm 5'10 its awesome for me.
Not particular maneuverable but it works for commuting. I'm not going over 15MPH for safety reasons as i feel cars never expect a bicycle to be going faster than that but even then the brakes feel a bit lacking.
EDIT: Does anyone know how to make the tail light work as a running light instead of just a brake light?? cant figure it out
EDIT: THIS BIKES RANGE IS PRETTY BAD. I rode 10 miles with constant pedaling and lost 2 bars of charge lol. My 10 year old RADPower bike with the same battery specs typically does not even lose one bar on that route so i'm beginning to think this battery is doesn't come close to advertised specs. I have the tires inflated to 30 psi as that is the maximum according to the sidewall. instructions of the bike itself say dont go over 20psi.
Also according to the guy below his tail light functions out of the box and mine is malfunctioning which is sad.

You are better to have them pull funds from bank account as you do gain buyer protection for basically a cash transaction and will not pay those fees.
BUT Linking a CC to PayPal and having PayPal pulling funds from it just brings in fees, crazy bookkeeping and loss of CC protection. All I see are downsides.
As to the bookkeeping it is just crazy. You buy something at Ali, Paypal charges your CC for a transfer to them and then they transfer that money as cash to the mechant. From your CC you bought no bike at Ali you just transferred money to Paypal.
You pay foreign currency fees both set and percentage that you will not pay of you use a CC directly on Ali. Second you lose CC dispute protection as you did not pay the merchant with you CC as the CC just see you paid PayPal. Paypal appears to not offer the same level of protection that most CC do.
Why bring a second party into a trasction when it only costs you?
Why this is happening
Technical glitch: The transaction is being miscoded as a "cash advance" by some credit card companies, even though it's a standard goods and services purchase through PayPal.
International transaction issues: While PayPal itself doesn't charge a cash advance fee, the international nature of the AliExpress transaction and the way it's being processed can cause this misclassification by some banks.
Escalation issues: Both AliExpress and PayPal have been directing customers to the other or to their credit card company, and neither has been able to resolve the issue for them.
How to avoid the fees
Do not use PayPal with a credit card: It's best to avoid this combination for now to prevent unexpected fees.
Use a direct credit card payment: Some users have reported that paying directly with a credit card on AliExpress (without using PayPal) works without incurring these specific fees.
Pay with an alternative method: If possible, use other payment methods like a bank account or a debit card for your PayPal payment, as it appears to be the credit card combination that triggers the problem.
What to do if you've already been charged
Contact your credit card company: Although customer service may not be able to help immediately, there have been past instances where companies resolved these issues after escalation.
Dispute the charge: You can open a dispute with your credit card company for the cash advance fee, but be prepared for potential challenges.
Open a PayPal dispute: You can also open a dispute through PayPal, which provides a formal process for resolving the issue.
It's a great price but I'd still like to know how many people actually got the bike. This deal seems like a real gamble on if you will actually receive it, and if you do will it arrive damaged.
