hm, if you look at the pictures in the user reviews you only see pictures of a single ream(500 pages). Not seeing any full cartons/boxes.

It's a gamble on if you'll get one or ten. One of the reviews says it was shipped in an envelope though.

"The quality of the paper is fine, however, it was shipped via UPS in a bubble-wrap envelope..."

The pic I see is a case and shows 10 reams. I ordered a case just now and got free delivery. If it turns out it is NOT a full case, they will be picking it up and refunding my purchase.

they may have updated the picture or the description since the previous posts, but I see 5000 sheets, and pictures show 10 reems of paper, so I feel comfortable purchasing with free shipping, a case of paper is a good price, especially since paper goes for about $5 for a 500 sheet reem theese days.

I took screenshots of everything and will return it if doesn't match the description. I ordered 15 cases for my small business. They may catch it in advance and cancel the order themselves.

Since the description and pictures show 5000 sheets/carton, I'm taking a chance on this. I'll follow up tomorrow on what I actually end up receiving.

I just did a Best Buy online chat, and after several minutes, was told SKU 3412676 is a full case of 5000 sheets.
edit: Those online chats are ridiculous. It asked for the sku, then switched to a "live agent". Then, they asked for the sku, which I just gave them. They wanted me to order through them. I asked what was the minimum for free shipping, and they claimed they could get me free shipping. When I gave them my zip, they said shipping was not free. I signed into their site, it said it reactivated my BB membership, and gave me free shipping. The online chat took so long in between questions that I was able to order through their site, before their second question.
I was going to copy the online chat, but forgot to do so. I hope it is a case.

I ordered 1 and went to pick-up in store and they handed me one 500 sheet paper package...I showed them that their website showed it as a 5000 sheet carton they said they couldn't do anything about it...so I just cancelled the order...would have been a sweet deal tho

their chat support doesnt have the item onhand. they would see whatever you see on your end.


model number (HPM1120) is for 1 ream of paper, as sold for $10.49 at staples.
