My chat also 5000 sheets in a case is what I am getting! A few bucks more for a chance of a case....Why not? But if you search the sku 3412676, you will see 2 packs also come with 20lb, 5000 sheets. That means either you buy one ream or two reams it is still 20 lbs on the ad. For this reason I just cancelled my order.

None of the thousands of user reviews on Best Buy for this item mention anything about it being a case. All of the customer pictures show just a ream.

Honestly, I doubt most stores even stock the case of 10. They aren't an office supply store, they sell the single reams as a convenience for people buying a computer/printer set up.

Honestly how many of us ever get paper at Best Buy with a 4 year old printer sitting in our office? I've never even thought about it to be honest.

Please report success... I say ZERO chance they'll ship 10 reams.... I mean it's a great deal but they'd lose tons of $$$. I was going to bite but don't really feel like returning my ream of paper. The effort would cost me time and money.

Worth a shot. Placed 2 orders. One for in store pickup and one for delivery. If it's just one ream each, I'll return them. For me, it's worth the gamble if it comes out as a case. Thanks for the post!

I called to check if this is one ream, or one case. The chatbot couldn't understand what I wanted, so it ended the call. It didn't give the option to talk with a real person.

Just 1 pack of 500 and they had no interest in giving me the 10 even tho I showed them that their website shows it's 5000 sheets of paper and a 10 pack...they didn't care at all...just said it wasn't their problem🤷🏻... I didn't argue with management or anything maybe if ya take it that far maybe they will cave🤷🏻

I ordered two with free shipping, but given the feedback in the thread about only getting a single ream, I cancelled. Sounds like a headache in the making ...

I do miss the Staples/OfficeMax/Office Depot madness pre-pandemic, when full cases were almost given away...
