I loved my Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven until it's plug melted into the outlet. Be very careful with the heat put out by this unit.

Photos? Doesn't make sense. Even in one star reviews, no one says this

I had the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven similar to this one - with the digital display instead of knobs. Worked great for a year or so, then had the same experience with the plug melting. Fortunately it didn't damage anything else, and it had been purchased at Costco so I was able to return it.

Deal history indicates this goes on sale for this price pretty often.

I've seen the bad reviews for the digital controls, but we have had this dial version for 6+ years of frequent use, no problems. Gets used more than our full sized oven.

Had this for many years. The instructions tell you to keep it several inches away from other items I guess if you push it back against the wall you could melt the plug. I imagine that's why it's important to read the manual.

Been using this model every day for years it's great. They have some QC issues but Cuisinart seems good about replacing them under the 3 year warranty from what I've read on here.

Have had one very similar to this one for 5+ years and now going to replace it. The cooking mode dial now needs to be back and forth for it to turn on. (When I try to switch from Air Fry to Bake, I have to first switch to Toast and then back.) I still think it's good overall -- it did last a number of years and I didn't have this issue until a few months ago.
Also, like with all analog dials, you won't be able to set an exact amount of time -- this is especially bad with this unit, because there is are no tick marks indicating minutes between 0 and 10, 10 and 20, etc. And the timer doesn't quite go off at 0 either, more like around negative 1 or something like that. And to set it to something less than 3-4 minutes, you should turn it past 10, and then back down to what you think might be 3-4 minutes. It's not a terrible experience, but I will try to get one with digital controls next time (with good reviews).
Edit:
One other thing -- the pan that comes with rusts in the dishwasher. Got this one as a replacement and it's been great -- no rust after dozens of times in the dishwasher. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KT5BXCW
