It's good deal until now. I can't find a better price with this specs. Just noted it down until BF deals in MicroCenter.

This actually seems like a reasonable deal.

I'm still hoping for a 5080/9800X3D build for like $2k sweet spot in the coming weeks, but I'm feeling like I'm going to have to shell out around $2500 if I want one from a site where I KNOW which part brands I'm getting.

A lot of these deals look good (I'm also far from a Microcenter :/ ...), but it really makes you wonder when you see the big buzz words, but then see a very generic "64GB DDR5-6000 RAM" "2TB NVMe SSD Gen 4.0" and "850-1000w Gold ATX 3.1 PSU" from some of these retailers.

For this price I was expecting 5090. They're crazy thinking anyone would actually buy this. I can buy 7 consoles for that price if I wanted to game.
Can you count by 5s?

Ordered. Chatted with a microcenter agent and they will price adjust up to 30 days after purchase (in case the price comes down for Black Friday).

I support Micro Center 100%, but PowerSpec is their house brand and on the PowerSpec site the list price is $2500

Shouldn't the prices match if it's their brand? Or are you saying that's normal retail price?

would this still be relevant in 5-8 years? son is 11 now, only playing roblox, but i have a feeling that he'd want something better than a laptop with a 4050 for gaming. i'm thinking of getting him a desktop so he can use it for hte next 6 years. tia
