200mg of sodium per serving is a lot for a snack. Why do they need to add sodium to a fruit bar?

Helps mellow out all the sugar. These things are over 25% sugar.

It says no high fructose corn syrup. That's not the same thing as just corn syrup. Plenty of foods advertise no HF corn syrup but still have plain corn syrup.

Yeah, I know this is GMO, sugary, junk. However, I have to say I bought a box at Sam's to bring to the office and they are really tasty.

Are you doing a raw carnivore diet? If not, you should try it. You'll produce your own sugar through gluconeogenesis. Only producing your own sugar as needed. It's pretty nice having a stable blood sugar throughout the day.
