Private nessages not working

Hi, I sent a private message to another user but I am not able to see the messages I sent. The support page says that I should see them in my "sent" folder, but I am not able to find this folder. How do I view the private messages I sent and the messages other users sent me?

Hi! I know this will sound convoluted but we just don't have that option available on redesign yet. If you go down to the footer and click to switch over to the classic view, you can then click on your name in the upper right and click "settings and options".
Click on the "edit options" tab and if you scroll down a bit, you'll see "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default". Click the checkbox after that and your sent private messages should be saved for you then.
To switch back to redesign view, you can just scroll back down to the footer and click redesign. To view messages that others have sent to you, you just click on your inbox on the top right.
