This is on par with last year's black Friday deal when you consider the lower trade in value compared to last year.
And last years deal was not considered good.
I'm holding out for a Play Points Gold offer like last year (30% off) that beat the black Friday offer, but based on how close we are to black Friday already, it doesn't look likely to get better than this. With id.me and a P9PXL it's a 10PXL for 230 bucks (before the $77-89 store credit if you're a Google One member)... Consider trade ins will only drop further, this may be as good as it gets.

How do you get that Google one member discount, I am on the storage plan, but never heard about a discount
seems like the best i'm getting is through Best Buy:
$899 - $350 TIV for Pixel 9 = $549 plus tax
Amazon has a $260 TIV = $639 plus tax
Google store has $260 TIV $639 plus tax / and would be closer to the Best Buy rate if i can get a 10% coupon ($575 plus tax)
I made the mistake as i'm 6'4 and the standard 9 is just a tiny phone for my hands lol.

Regular pro or pro xl? I have always had 6.1 phones . Heavy user . Not sure which one is the best for me. I am an iPhone none pro user . Also do I need more local storage if having the Google cloud services? Or cloud will replace it
Even at $200 I don't think the upgrade from a p9p to p10p is worth it. The phone is almost exactly the same as last year. You're paying $200 for a qi2 addition.

All personal preference. If you like the sizes of your prior 6.1" phones stay with the pixel pro. If you want a massive screen go with the xl. I have the 9 xl and I'm a big fan of the screen real estate. It is harder to 1 hand use it, but I've always been a 2 hand user so it's not an issue for me. If you're taller than 6" and your hands aren't tiny, you'll likely enjoy a big screen experience of the XL.
With storage: I think 256GB is a good spot if you upload your photos to the cloud. 512GB is better if you can swing it. 128GB still sucks with cloud usage. if you film at 4k you'll run out of space quickly with no time to upload everything to the cloud.
