didnt ask for the nutrtion thing from the nutrition phds of slickdeals who think every single food out there will kill you in 30 seconds yet probably cant deadlift 225 lbs. was just asking about flavor.

this actually happened to me, but I didn't know how sick I was at the time. I had other underlying conditions and didn't know about the high blood pressure until my kidneys took a major hit. I was eating these for awhile until my legs were swelling up like crazy. never had that happen until I started eating ramen noodles.

this person is legit warning about the sodium. I stopped eating these after recovering and just now picked up some, but I actually drain out some of the sodium/powder out of them, before adding the hot water, as a work around since i picked some up again, but I do recommend staying away from these if you have ANY issues with high blood pressure or fluid retention in your legs, stay away from these, the sodium is just too much
