What would be the major difference between this and the Ecoflow Delta 3 ultra? Torn between these two.

Well I'm not 100% certain. But if I'm seeing the stats right, The Delta 3 ultra is not expandable, Only charges up to 800w of solar, and unable to connect to another unit.

This one has superior stats, but questionable reliability. But has a good warranty and this is the best price I've ever seen.

I don't know what your objective for buying is. But if you don't plan on expanding the unit and aren't concerned about the 800w solar limitation, I'd probably go with ecoflow. If you have expansion in mind, or high amounts of solar. Then for sure the pecron...

Also the Pecron can be expanded very easily using simple 48V LFP

Don't you have to hack a cable for the battery port and cut out coms or for uni-directional you have to feed the battery into solar ports

You need two units and a hub for that.

This is the cheapest the e3600lfp had been. It's basically the same price as the f3000lfp and it's more capable.
Check the other Wellbots deal threads though. Sounds like they are not a good vendor.

No, you just have to hack their cable but it's not more involved that just cutting it and pulling out the black and white wires. It can even do uni-directional and charge the battery.

Comparison of other recent under $1000 over 3kwh power station deals:

The 3600lfp has two high power solar inputs and one lower power one. Two units can be joined for 240V output. Idle power consumption is on the high side at ~30w. It's lower than the Fossibot though. It'sconfirmed to work with generic batteries via the battery expansion port [youtube.com]. The linked Pecron F3000LFP thread below discusses using the Outbound Power new customer email signup to get 10%. That'll likely work for this unit too to get it at $899 from Outbound Power instead of Wellbots. It won't include the 30amp charging cable though. That thread also talks about how to register to get your extra years of warranty.

Fossibot F3600 Pro for $979 - ~800wh more capacity. High idle power consumption. It's a fairly generic brand and this unit is sold unit multiple brands
Pecron F3000LFP for $854 or less - Lowest price. Nice thing is it's confirmed to work with generic expansion batteries through the battery expansion port. High idle inverter power consumption but lower than the Fossibot F3600 Pro.
EcoFlow DELTA 3 Ultra for $989 - Biggest brand name. No expansion battery and weak solar input
Jackery HomePower 3000 for $899 - middle brand name. No expansion battery and weak solar input. Low idle inverter power consumption. Some discussion of wellbots support / customer relations here.

Delta 3 Ultra (not Plus) has wheels for easy movement, supports X-Fusion (which augments grid input, for example supports 30A AC output when plugged in to 15A AC input), has higher output USB-C. Probably better reliability and aftersales support, but anecdotal.

Pecron E3600 has much higher grid and solar input, supports battery expansion (& exposes 48V battery), has a 30A 12V DC output, wireless phone chargers on top, touch screen interface. Can run in parallel with a second unit for 7200W split phase
