BB also has a Lenovo desktop deal with a 5070 for $300 more, is that a better deal?

5060 ti 16gb and 5070 price difference is less than $100 so no. That means you can get this and then sell 5060 ti 16gb and buy 5070 for far less than $300.

Depends on the CPU as well. If it's an AMD x3D, then I would highly consider it.

That's the only one I could find that fits the description – yes it's X3D but last-gen, and it does have double the system RAM (for what that's increasingly worth) – 'cept it's closer to ~$400 higher (more or less, depending upon new vs. open-box).

This is my daily driver as a software engineer. Have it hooked up to 3 4k@120Hz Dell monitors, and it's a beast. Added 64GB of RAM, and she can do anything

I used to have an Omen - one thing to note with HPs is that they lock the user down to their hardware. You may have high-end ram, but you may not be able to run it to the max specs. Things like that. It'll last you a while but when you want to make a meaningful upgrade, forget about it.

Seems decent, but the 500w power supply is a no go for me.

It's a small form factor, I don't think you'd be able to upgrade the GPU anyway

MicroATX, so not tiny. GPU manufacturers power supply recommendation always assume the worst quality PSUs and your big builders actually use high quality ones. Most 2 fan GPUs would fit in it.

Good to know, thanks! A bit surprised as it does feel pretty tiny to me, I carry it with one hand to my bedroom most nights I work late
