I have a roll of this brand in bronze and I'm guessing it went to Haul because of the cardboard spool. It's the only filament I've had issues with my Ace Pro not rolling correctly and causing errors. It otherwise printed great so I'll be printing the rings to go on these so they turn well.

If you have problems with your AMS system, these are what you need.

I was also charged taxes on the pre-discount amount on all my orders so I'll be contacting amazon once they actually ship.
Yea, the taxes were totally bs. Like $10 on a $34 purchase.

Agree with the over-tax comments.

In Illinois they tax pre-coupon but NOT pre- discount. These were discounts; not coupons.

As a heads up, this ring is too small for current 3DHOJOR spools that have a coating around the outside. Same model is on MakerWorld [makerworld.com], for any Bambu users looking for more convenience. But read on.... I had to increase the scale, and even then the rings split at a seam line. Not a fan of that ring at all. Didn't go so far as to leave a poor review, but I probably should. (And no, it's not a me problem -- it's definitely the design. My settings are on point and the filament used is great.)

That said, I printed these [makerworld.com] and they work perfectly with the newer 3DHOJOR spools when scaled (X&Y only) to 100.3% (202.20 mm diameter). Printed several since yesterday in preparation for the new haul (no pun intended) coming in.

Received everything I ordered today. Going back to the sales tax thing, I checked my order history and every Haul order has been taxed based on the pre-discounted price. In 25+ years of Amazon orders, no others have been taxed like this, and I don't think it's legal -- Amazon will collect that tax, of course, but I'm pretty sure they're only going to pay it to the state based on the actual sale price, not pre-discount. I created a Reddit post with details [reddit.com] and am curious what others are seeing in their order history. Seems like something that needs to be addressed, if not by Amazon then by state attorneys general or a class-action lawsuit.

Haul is like the Wild West right now. Bugs everywhere.

In my opinion, I'll gladly lose a few bucks in error to incorrectly calculated taxes compared to the monumental savings on Haul.

Should it be fixed: yes.

In my opinion, I don't believe they ment to have combined 75% off on this filament (and other items). If it was in error, I'm happy we got the benefit.

Haul is nuts. I don't know who Amazon has running the show, but it's a circus. So far the programming errors have been fantastic as a customer.

The sooner they fix everything on Haul, the sooner I stop using it.

Just my opinion: stop raising red flags and drawing more attention to the problems with Haul. Enjoy the ride and just factor in the excess "taxes" as a cost of getting the insane deals.

Between two orders, I was charged $31 sales tax on $105 worth of goods. Yeah, I'm gonna complain about that.

I get it. You aren't wrong.

What I'm saying is, your $105 worth of goods, that you paid, was really about $420 worth of goods.

You got a fantastic deal and now you are fighting to try and make it even better.

If you get a bunch of eyes directed at the problems on Haul, they might fix your tax issue but also fix it so there aren't 75% off deals anymore.

Haul isn't run well right now. Enjoy it and find the positives in it. They'll fix it soon enough and we'll never use it again.

I'd rather be legitimately charged more for goods than be fraudulently charged more for taxes, but I think we can agree to disagree on this. 🙂
