You can argue it's not worth $750, I'd agree with that, but it hasn't been this price.
It's good to see 3-fan cards at $750 cause it means we might see sub $700 by BF. I'd bite sub $700.
You're just wrong, look at the PCPartpicker price history (image attached) for this card, $750... since August. Not to mention, a bunch of other cards are available at MSRP and have been for months now.

It's been on sale for $750 before, it hasn't been at the price constantly, cause the MSRP is $830.
