I have a small manhole cover going into my basement (an old coal chute) that has rusted through and has some holes and I'm worried someone will step on it and fall through. I was going to buy 2 sheets of stainless steel, cut them into same sized circles, then glue the 2 layers underneath the rusted layer on top. Would this superglue work for that?
