Why? Too big? Too small? You just don't want kids to have fun? Be more constructive with your feedback please. Why?

Of course it depends on the individual child but my 8 year old son has been using a Segway F30 for 2 years with no issues whatsoever so I would say yes, it's good for a 7 year old.

No, unless your idea of watching the kid on the floor with his skull cracked open and brain spilling out like spaghetti is fun to watch to you.

Is there a sale for LP80 ? I patiently waiting for my 8, 10 and 12 year old kiddos.. I know there's no magic ball. I bought an ESMAX and wanted another scooter and probably LP80. Wonder should I buy now or closer to Christmas for better deal

If these are not meant for kids, do you have better recommendations ?

My 11yo has one just like it, his 8yo brother rides it all the time. Just make them wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear. They usually have an option on them at least for regular and performance mode (which raises the top speed) I usually turn that down for him.

I have 4 scooters in my household. The 2 teenagers (16 & 14) use Segway Max and Niu Kq series scooters which are perfect fit for them. For myself, I prefer a more capable scooter (like Dualtron or rebranded eMove models) due to better suspension, stability and ride quality with proper brakes). For my 10 yr son (who is smaller/lighter then average for his age, 4.5' and 64 lbs), I purchased an eTwow Booster model which is much lighter, but more importantly has a lower deck to handlebar distance (around 34"). Most scooters measure around 40" in this dimension, and younger kids would be too short to ride them safely. Their hands need to be slightly above waist level (around belly button) to operate safely and despite the perceived difference of few inches as negligible, it will be crucial during an emergency situation that might arise. Don't ask me how I know, and I suggest your take this seriously. If you insist on using these, take them to any metal fabrication shop and they can shorten easily with a buzz saw and drill a few new holes to attached the handle bars. It's not worth the risk of the kid flying off of it during an accident due to lack of proper balance/control. Do your own research on this, there are models out there with adjustable highest as well.
