The onn version lacks the voice remote. The Roku version has a voice remote.
All 3 of these allow you to pair up to four of the onn speakers in this post and a subwoofer. I have the streambar pro and like it a lot. These will work with any TV and have a Roku client built in, but can also work with other TV sources. Just note, unless something has changed the built in Roku client doesn't support Dolby vision, but does do HDR. But if you have a Roku or stream client that does do DV, you can still use it with these soundbars.
The stream bar SE can only add a subwoofer and is a very small soundbar, so avoid that. Also avoid the Roku wireless sound bar unless you have a Roku tv. It won't work with any other TV and can only pair 2 of these speakers and a sub vs 4 and a sub. And even then, I don't think it's a great value because if you upgrade your TV you would have to get another Roku tv otherwise this soundbar can't be used.
This deal is still available. It was set to expire on Christmas, but has been extended into January. The listing now says "a month left - or until sold out"
They also have a bundle that includes the ONN Streambar (equivalent to the Roku Streambar Pro 9101) -and- an ONN Subwoofer (= Roku Subwoofer 9201) for $120.00. These are new, not refurbs.

In a nutshell, all of these items will work interchangably with everything else Roku, regardless of the name on the outside. The only exceptions (obviously) are the standalone streaming players and sticks, and you'll also want to steer clear of the Streamber SE (9104). That doesn't support the wireless speakers, and as it's barely 10" wide, the front channels will get mushed-up together.
But the Streambar Pro (9101) on offer, you can get pretty close to 4.1 surround by putting a pair of Wireless Speakers in the rear, since the forward-firing speakers on the bar are on the ends of a 32" unit. It's not quite the same as having four standalone speakers in all four corners of the room, but it's close, and it just works. And for $200 ($80 for the speakers, $120 for the bar/sub bundle) it's hard to argue about the price.
I've got a (now discontinued) original Roku Streambar (9102) that natively supports four wireless speakers and the woofer, so I can get more front channel separation. If you can get your hands on one of those, you're golden.
