Is it really safe to buy robot vacuums that are used? A lot run over dog poop or god knows what else in someone else's residence. It's a great price if you don't mind that risk.

Worked for me aswell on the x40. Was about to get the x40 but the L40 is about $50 cheaper almost the same item (wont be a noticeable difference in cleaning atleast for me); ended up getting that instead.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Dreame and/or Mova (subsidiary) on refurbished units. I bought the Mova P10 Ultra refurbished on an Ebay deal and loved the vacuum, but the detergent dispenser leaked from day 1. Then I returned that one and bought another refurbished P10 Ultra and this time the base unit leaked all over the floor from day 1. I like the Mova P10 Ultra so much that i'm likely going to buy a new unit, but i'm just surprised that nobody else seems to be having similar experiences with the refurbished units, when from what I can tell they may not be fully repairing return items.

My experience has been perfect with a refurb Dreame X40. Paid almost twice this 9 months ago. I might pick up a L40 for the upstairs.

My unit leaked water when mop cleaning or water refill to vacuum happened. Sounds same issue!Died within days likely internal water dmg but dreame confirmed it promptly and shipped a replacement out upon return (replacement was missing parts but they sent those out on request)Current one has been bulletproof so far but idk someone not doing their job there

I bought one like this and it came with a long manufacturer's warranty. Everything was packed with stickers on it like either everything was replaced or they just sent me a new one. It was impossible to tell if it was used at all.

How many years warranty? I see only 1 year for refurbs.
