Pixels are pixels same ICs it's not like Govvee is creating anything they are using existing parts, adding their own controller and using cheap wire.
My DIY will last just as long and be user serviceable, more powerful, more flexible and I can build 6 of them for the same price.

Govee sent an undersized power supply and used 26AWG wire same as the cheapest stuff from Temu.
So until someone with actual knowledge and hands on can say something, you have nothing to say but a malformed opinion and I'm working with facts.
