Thanks - reviews say what I expected, that you can't sit at the ends because it's too short to put a chair there, the pedestal legs get in the way. This is really a table that seats 4, not 6.

It's always hilarious to me when people act shocked by the fact a $100 piece of furniture uses MDF and vaneer as if they were falsely led to believe they were buying real solid wood furniture from the 70s.

Brother, you're on a deal site looking at furniture from Amazon and Aliexpress. Real wood is far out of your price range lmao. Besides, for the price, MDF gets an incredibly oversized bad rap for what it accomplishes. I just got rid of an MDF computer desk from 2005 that is still sturdy and in fairly good condition aside from the veneer coming off the front of the bottom board from a cat clawing at it. Two decades of usage out of cheap MDF is seriously not bad, it outlasted the dated style, which happens even to nice solid wood stuff.

That said, the major downside I see with this table is you're not going to comfortably sit anyone at the ends because the legs are way too close to the edges. They will have to hunch over, you can see that people in reviews figured this out and don't have chairs placed there, or they placed a stool/small kids chair at the end.
