The ram may go in and out of stock (it was out of stock earlier, I posted this deal when I saw it was back in stock), so if the ram doesn't show up in cart it may be worth trying again later.
You can sweeten this deal a little with the ongoing newegg giftcard promotion (bonus $15 giftcard with purchase of $100 giftcard): https://slickdeals.net/f/18761887-100-newegg-gift-card-15-newegg-promotional-gift-card-100-email-delivery

The GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE X3D AM5 is a high-end full size atx x870e (top end chipset) motherboard. The am5 socket currently supports zen4 and zen5 cpus, with confirmation that future generation zen6 cpus will be a drop-in upgrade (and current rumors are that am5 may support the two gen in the future zen7 cpus as well). This motherboard is well suited for both cpu and memory overclocking, with a substantial 16(8+8 parallel; 80A)+2(80A)+2(60A) phase vrm and an 8-layer pcb. Heatsink coverage is quite extensive, and there's a thermal backplate. Overall storage and i/o are quite good. The primary x16 slot is gen5, and there are four m.2 slots, two being gen5 and the others being gen4 (second gen5 m.2 slot shares bandwidth with the usb4 controller). For networking it has wifi 7 (Supports 11be 320MHz), bluetooth 5.4, and 5GbE lan. It also has a suite of additional overclocking features (marketed as "AI", of course), though that's not a major selling point in their current state.
The ram specs are extremely good, especially considering it's specifically targeted towards amd cpus. Most ddr5 8000mt/s ram kits are primarily intel xmp instead of expo, and many kits achieving those speeds are cudimm rather than standard udimm (current gen am5 motherboards can run cudimm in bypass mode, but generally will struggle more to hit the advertised speeds in that case). Ddr5 8000 40-46-46-128 1.35V 2x16gb should be using top tier bins of hynix a-die memory chips, which is probably the best option for overclocking/tuning (the only real competitor being 3gb hynix m-die, which tends to clock higher but with looser timings). It's important to note that in order to benefit from ddr5 8000 you want to be running in 2:1 mode (uclk:fclk:mclk; 2000:2000:4000, remember ddr is double data rate so 4000mhz=8000mt/s). If you get unlucky, it's possible your cpu may be unable to run ddr5 8000mt/s at safe voltages. If you're unable to run at 8000mt/s, you'd generally be better off running in 1:1 mode (uclk=mclk) with heavily tightened timings (your cpu memory controller probably won't be able to go beyond ddr5 6600mt/s (3300mhz) in 1:1 mode at 1.3v soc voltage or lower, and possibly as low as 6200mt/s if you get really unlucky), which the binning of this memory should be able to do extremely well. Running at 7600mt/s or below isn't worthwhile compared to 1:1 mode.
This ram also has an interesting gimmick of having an oled display on the side, which integrates with the gigabyte motherboard. I personally don't find it appealing, but I'm sure some people can appreciate it.
Considering the horrendous state of the memory market currently, this memory kit is easily worth at absolute minimum $200. Prices for memory have jumped 50% or more in the past couple of months, and they're not expected to drop anytime soon.
Gigabyte currently has a rewards program for registering specific aorus motherboards and leaving a review. The motherboard in this deal is NOT on the eligible models list, but it's possible that's an oversight since this motherboard was released after the promotion had already started. If you want to give this a try (ymmv, obviously), details can be found here: https://www.aorus.com/en-us/explo...ew-program
