Impossible to find for MSRP so thought slickdeal.
Two sellers:
Hibikin-US
MUQQ
I've purchased from these sellers before.
Will probably go quick; if different price/different seller then it's sold out.

Mini 5 pro is legal:

Good Video RE Probable "Ban":
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jx7Lp3SeAWs
TLDR: if you purchase before December, you can still fly your drone; just can't buy new ones (probably)
Lastly, you can add 3rd party warranty through Asurion if you want. Just check the box for 2 years or 3 years of accidental damage coverage.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't realize when I searched through Google, it took me to the Singapore DJI site.

And, just to clarify, the likely upcoming ban is not likely the step which will stop you from flying....regardless when you buy the drone. Meaning if find a way to buy one in January, you can still fly. There's no plan to pass a rule that says "No flying drones purchased after December." So far, this ban only affects the importation and sale which usually means private sales are still allowed and obviously overseas sellers aren't going to obey. I guess customs will have to get to work. Will it be illegal for a US resident to buy one....probably not.
Oh, and these drones have no US warranty so like you said, if you want insurance, Asurion is an option.

This person has been shilling them for weeks.
There are a lot of good videos on the drone ban but this isn't one of them. Instead, check out 51drones.

If FCC authorization is retroactively revoked, then stores cannot legally sell equipment without a valid FCC ID. You can get around it, sure, but then it would be black market, not grey market (currently).
There are nuances and timeframes but I just wanted to get information out there the best I can that is easily digestible and generally accurate.

based the MSRP off the USD price in the Canada DJI Store
looks like it sold out around 3 hours after my initial post
That's something in 51drones that most may have missed.
Your listing is 2 days late, this sale started few days ago and....it's still there right now (Amazon plays games with the links sometimes). Nobody wants this. I bought it earlier as a backup drone and canceled. I have the Plus package. Not that it isn't a good drone but it's not a hot deal.
Amazon doesn't sell DJI drones.
There are 3rd party sellers that you can buy DJI drones from but Amazon controls what you see on their own website.
For example, if you look at the link now, you might think the price is now $1051 (the red arrow in my screenshot) but the item is still available from that same seller Hibikin-US for $759 shown with the blue arrow and the blue box.
Amazon sucks you in with the low price offering, gets you to post the link, and then they switch sellers so the same link takes you to the higher priced item and the low priced one gets buried.
Smart people like me know the difference; the gullible get taken advantage of.

No I'm right, you just don't know how to use the website.

It's not going in and out of stock. Amazon is playing stupid games with the pricing and the quantities. It's a scam. Nothing new about this.
