Sonicare 4100. This can often be found "on sale" at $40. Once or twice a year, it drops to $30, but not sure if it will go that low this holiday season. From other SD comments, I understand these lower-end Sonicares are not as durable as in the past, but this is a decent deal if you need one now. (And I understand Sonicare is good about honoring the warranty.)

This has been $25 for the past years. Inflation? Or wait until black Friday.

All my sonicare brush broke within a year. Maybe I should buy extended warranty?

They "all broke within a year" and Sonicare has a two year warranty, why would you want to buy an extended warranty?

We bought a pair a few years ago when Sonicare was going g a third year of warranty for registering. Had the linkage in mine let go and head started vibrating erratically. They didn't have my model available for replacement, so I got two models fancier up the product line as warranty replacement about a week later.
