Sonicare 4100. This can often be found "on sale" at $40. Once or twice a year, it drops to $30, but not sure if it will go that low this holiday season. From other SD comments, I understand these lower-end Sonicares are not as durable as in the past, but this is a decent deal if you need one now. (And I understand Sonicare is good about honoring the warranty.)

They "all broke within a year" and Sonicare has a two year warranty, why would you want to buy an extended warranty?
We bought a pair a few years ago when Sonicare was going g a third year of warranty for registering. Had the linkage in mine let go and head started vibrating erratically. They didn't have my model available for replacement, so I got two models fancier up the product line as warranty replacement about a week later.
Every single Sonicare toothbrush I've bought either got a lot weaker over time or just broke. Is it just me? I gave up and just switched to the other big brand.

My expensive sonicare that linked up with an app just broke after five years. I want to buy another of that model. But this might due until that one goes on sale.
Mine broke after about 14 months (stem that the brush connects to came loose). Phillips warranty process was very simple - easy online form submission with a picture of my broken brush. Brand new one arrived on my doorstep 5 days later no questions asked. FYI it was a $250 model. Two thumbs up for their warranty process.
I'm still seeing the coupon for this. Probably a YMMV
Seeing a coupon too. When I first posted, it was straight up $33.99. Then it went out of stock. Now it shows for me as $39.99 but there's a $6 off coupon.
