I bought one of these a week or so back in store. I went up one size to fit long sleeves underneath it. Probably wouldn't need to size up otherwise.
It is very comfortable and warm.

I bought one of these in store.

The arms are very tight/narrow, it's like the size large is only made for Abercrombie and fitch or banana republic models, skinny guys.

Fashion advice. How would I wear this? It's a thermal, so do I wear it underneath stuff or can I wear it with an shirt underneath?
