My Hackzall just died (well, it's failing -- stops during cutting), and it's a fantastic tool for pruning. Really good price for everything since the Hackzall is normally $119 for the bare tool.

Both of these tools are great. Not brushless, but great nonetheless.
I use the screwdriver to assemble/dissassemble bikes, furniture, home stuff and kid toys. It has a good feel to it, and because of its less aggressive torque than the brushless version I find myself reaching for it a lot. The brushless version I use as a drill.

I prefer the brushless Hackzall because it's smaller and lighter.

Very solid for the price. The sawzall is reallly useful for cutting up a few branches when you dont want to put oil in the chain saw.

I just cut 5 inch limbs with my made in USA corded Sawzall. As soon as there's a load, these battery ones cutoff.

For $10 more you can get the impact driver instead of the screwdriver.

Military discount applies to the set, so $89.97, same as posted deal.

That's what I'd like to do! What brand, type and TPI blade do you recommend?

That was a heckuva deal. I paid $90 just for the screwdriver, two batteries and charger. The screwdriver is capable of driving 3" Torx deck screw but I wouldn't do a massive amount at one time. Would liked to have had this deal at $90.

I'm not the one you asked, but I have had good luck with these. I use them to cut tree roots after cutting down the tree so I can pull the stump with my truck and not pay someone to do it. They work great for pruning as well. Harbor Freight has a cheaper version that works well for pruning, but doesn't last as long. https://www.homedepot.com/p/DIABL.../301697672

I love this tool. It works better than the chainsaw in my opinion. I've cut down entire trees and removed stumps (yes a lot of work) with this thing. Such a fantastic tool that punches above its weight/price class. Edit: it turns out I'm talking about the big brother m18 brushless version. thing is a beast and worth the $
