Seems like a good deal. I am not looking to game at all, just work and have 20 chrome tabs open. Run 2 4K monitors. Any opinions out there? Does the fan have to run continously for component longevity? I would rather keep the fan off to keep it quiet.

This is geared towards gaming. What kind of server are you running? If you want to run a website and store large amounts of data, you need something with a bigger case with more drive bays unless you plan to go cloud based.

Not for gaming, run something like proxmox, few VMs and arr suite

Good deal but the 5060 Ti 16GB model is the one to get. Not only do you get the better GPU with more VRAM but it also has a 500 watt power supply instead of 400.

I would pass. Small case, really limits your expandability. This is a lower end gaming machine.
