... for what, .05 seconds? Anything more than that and those thinass cables are turning into vapor at that kind of amperage.
I wish these sellers would just stop lying about amps and lumens trying to one-up the last competitor's lies. Just make a quality product that lasts, that's all anyone really wants anymore.
In the age of 12v batteries hidden everywhere, there's not always a convenient place to hook the negative that's so close to the underhood positive terminal; but I was recently saved by one of these and I feel like I should carry one.
I had a car that had a battery that read 12v but was faulty but I didnt figure that out for over a year and I literally used this thing at least 2 to 4 times a week for over a year I have used it at least 15 times before having to charge it I have used it to jump a forklift and to move a vehicle from one side of my yard to the other without a battery in the car i have dropped it several times and something has been rattling around inside for the last year I have duct tape holding it together and it works like new gooloo is the goat.
That being said I paid over $150 for it so for $35 I would definatwly try this one but if you want peace of mind gooloo all the way
