Are gigabyte x870e amd motherboards good with 9950x3d cpu?

I have the x870 version of this motherboard, only complaint is that it boots pretty slow with the whole ram training (~30 seconds from a gen4 nvme). When it's on it's great and looks great, no issues

This old version of the board is cheap now because it was replaced by a "X3D" version of the board.
Both boards are great. Pretty much all the updates add to the new board's overclocking abilities.
Better VRMs, "X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, AI-enhanced overclocking", support for higher speed RAM, and a better overall thermal situation.

You can fix that in your BIOS. No reason to have it retraining every boot unless your settings are really unstable.
