Yeah many stores don't have any left.
It was easy enough with Walmart's website to find a local store that did have them in stock and place an order for pickup.

That depends. RAM prices are quite high right now. DDR5-6000 should work fine. Slightly better timings, like CL30, would be better, but I wouldn't be too picky right now.

Ordered this around 2 pm today and it showed up at my door around 8 pm. Not a crazy fast set of RAM but will be a great upgrade from my DDR4 and a 7800X3D

In AMD Systems there will be barely any difference in performance between CL 30 / 36 however in new Intel Core Ultra Systems faster timings and higher bandwidth having a bigger impact on performance.
