While this looks like a nice modular drill, I'm still having trouble finding value of this over a compact drill driver/hammer drill with a right angle and flexible adapter like this:

so total price is $329, how it's compare to the $399 DeWalt deal where you get 4 XR tools + 2 20/60V batteries?

Zero comparison, completely different tool / tools.

This is a highly rated newer tool and a great deal if you're invested in the Dewalt platform like myself. However.... I've had the Bosch 12v flexiclick for a few years, same type of tool. I absolutely love it, it's size is absolutely clutch in alot of situations.

If I didn't have the Bosch, I'd consider this. I will say though, the size of this Dewalt kinda kills it for me. After using this style of tool for a few years, the smaller size Bosch makes it that much better. Sure you can add the heads together and manipulate your angle quite a bit, but the Dewalt is still quite large in comparison to the Bosch.

Great deal either way and would Suite 95% of people with its abilities.

Agreed! I have Dewalt 20v and Milwaukee M12 tools. My Milwaukee M12 similar tool keeps me from purchasing this Dewalt ie size!
