Bought this on a previous deal. Seems well made enough but the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. Parts in different holes from one step to the next, the same part having different identifying numbers in different steps etc. Could still figure it out but has me worried about quality control.

Weird as I had the complete opposite experience. The instructions seemed easy to understand and the hardware was well identified. All I needed was an adjustable wrench since the Allen key was included.

I also bought this on a previous deal. Like Jincopunk, the instructions did show the bolt going through the wrong hole on one step which was frustrating. The rest of it was easy enough.

The bench works great for my needs, seems solid. I will be adding more padding to the leg restraints because it hurts when I use them. Ill probably add some foam where it makes contact with the bench, because even when it is tightened, it wobbles. Other than that, I am really happy with it for the price.

Bought on a previous deal, too. The assembly was easy, and the instructions seemed clear to me.
But this is the only piece of CAP equipment I regret buying. It seems cheap and low-quality compared to the rest of the stuff (I have a rack, barbells, the bar, dumbbells, etc.).
It is too light for a bench, so it may move around if you put too much directional weight on it (think hip thrusters and bench rows). The legs have caps that I believe are meant to prevent this, but they keep coming off too easily and too often.
The upper part piece is attached to the bottom part only by a hinge, the other support is an iron bar that rests on the height you are using. It causes significant instability during the exercises to the point that it can become dangerous. And because of it I need to constantly tighten the bolts, trying to avoid this and have a minimum os stability ( I'm doing it every other week).
