I didn't know where to put this. Since they also do surveys, I picked here.

I've done My Points for years. The last time I went to redeem my points ( a little over a month ago) it automatically locked my account. I filled the form to inquire. Got an email that they got my request. Up to 30 days for a response..

today.. more than 30 days and still no email. I went on their site and it had me send photos of my drivers license, etc to verify who I was and finally opened my account.

I'm really not happy with that experience. I recall going through issues the time before this but it wasn't so difficult to get back on.

Anyone else having problems with them? I'm really just thinking of closing my account after I get my gift card.
