I've heard so many horror stories about this product.

Like many of their other products, they talk a good game -- but actually delivering on it is something else entirely. And they have next to zero support.

Most common fault is random restarts, dropped devices, and a lack of admin features/controls. And the pervasive fear that it's constantly dialing home to the CCP.
