It works just as well as the more expensive tiny tube being listed in the title. The one in the title uses mica as a mild abrasive to help deal with staining. The one in the Walmart link I posted uses baking soda as a mild abrasive (same effect as the mica) but adds peroxide which actually will whiten teeth. Do your research and don't fall for the marketing and packaging hype which is specifically aimed to separate gullible consumers from their hard earned money.

I just got back from the dentist two weeks ago and they recommended me Arm and Hammer. Should I stick with that or switch to Crest 3D white toothpaste?
