Just got this, def not like new condition. The cooker itself has scuff marks all over top. The inner basket had a scratch inside on non stick and many scratches on bottom. It's going back, I guess Amazon ships anything as like new now

I just got mine delivered. A few things looked 'used' or 'moved'. The packaging styrofoam was cracked. Assuming there was plastic on the screen, that wasn't present. The actual bowl you cook rice in was wrapped and no scratches (weird I know but smelled new, no soap, dirty smell - did this just because. Washing regardless). Power cord was still tightly wrapped and twist tie was brand new feeling. Spoon and measuring cup were wrapped in plastic.
I'm guessing it was either opened and didn't like the size (too big or not big enough) and returned it or returned to the manufacturer with an issue and they pieced things back together. I'll be keeping it
