These flexible ECO-WORTHY panels are being used as a lightweight, versatile solar charging setup, with strong value at about 31 cents per watt. Real-world output lands around 100 watts per panel in good sun, and a four panel setup has been reported averaging about 360 watts and roughly 1100 watt hours over a couple of weeks. They work well in series with charge controllers and battery banks, including portable power stations. The main cautions are durability concerns for flexible panels, some reports of lower output than other brands, and at least one dead arrival. A practical low cost option if flexibility matters more than peak output.

  • The panels can reach around 100 watts per panel in good sun conditions.

  • The 4-pack can generate meaningful energy when paired with a charge controller and battery system.

  • The panels are lightweight and flexible enough for varied mounting approaches.

  • The deal can be strong value per watt compared with similar rigid panels.

  • Using series wiring with a compatible battery setup can produce charging power over 200 watts.

  • Real-world output can fall well below the 520Wh-per-day expectation due to orientation and conditions.

  • Eco-Worthy panels reportedly underperform other manufacturers by a substantial amount.

  • Flexible panel durability can be a concern compared with rigid options.

  • Some units reportedly arrive already dead, which makes the purchase a letdown.

If a panel is rated at 130 watts, theoretically under perfect conditions it can collect 130Wh in 1 hour, or 520Wh in 4 hrs.
Ah ok the fact that this is a four count is what made it confusing so for the four panels and four hours of full sun then it would 2080Wh correct?

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Warning: Make sure your total solar panel voltage and amps ( either in parallel or series ) does not exceed your charge controller maximum input.

Says the guy who knows nothing. You mean you need a MPPT charge controller and a battery but in the case of the delta 3 it's all in one inverter charge controller and battery.

It boggles the mind how many SDers that know absolutely nothing, love to help other SDers that know nothing. It's the blind leading the blind here. I'm not irritated about people not knowing. Thats normal but the people that obviously know nothing always wanting to help or give advice just kills me. The sheer amount of incorrect advice you see here is insane.

I have 7 of these. Bought 1, then another 2 and then the 4-pack. I have the 4 pack mounted vertically on an exterior SW facing wall, so not ideal azimuth or elevation angles to the sun. Ideal output would be 520w. I get 300w-425w, probably averaging 360w over the time the panels see sun.

I've been averaging about 1100 watt-hours of energy collected by these 4 panels over the past couple of weeks I have had them installed. These panels feed a charge controller which charges a battery bank that feeds backup power to an Eco-Flow Delta 3 Plus via one of its XT60i input ports. Not bad for $160, in my opinion.

The advantage of these panels is the light weight and versatility in mounting in different use cases.

Thinking of putting these on the roof of my RV. I like the idea of a light weight product. Roof is likely TPO. Any recommendations on how to mount and also provide an air gap under it to ensure the longevity of the panels?

I have two of these panels from when they were 2/$95 or something recently. They perform great for me. I use them in series to charge a pecron E600lfp, and they often are charging the generator at over 200w (even with a solar extension cable.)

Aren't these flexible ones have less efficiency?
I have 3 of them and to be honest the only way I got 130w was to have them have slight concave curve to them. Maybe that was just me. But I get 100w each no problem in good sun. I picked up another 4 pack!

I've seen most guys just tape them. They do sell mounts for flat rv roofs. These things are so light, Heck I've even just cable tired them to the roof of my car! I dont recommend driving like that though!

This video [youtube.com] does a comparison of flexible vs rigid. The efficiency per unit area is pretty much the same.
The main concerns are with the durability of the flexible panels. OTOH, this deal is cheaper per watt than any similar sized rigid panel that I can find.

I have one and 102w is the highest I've see. 70% output isn't really that bad. This price isn't the best though considering you're buying 4.
