Remember that your desk must be thick enough for the mounting screws. The screw length is not specified but this mount alone is over 6lb, pair that with a pc case and you are looking at up to just under 30lb being suspended.
Based on the specifications, your Fractal Define C is likely too wide for this mount.
Here's a quick breakdown:

I ended up buying a new nice looking case, but bigger cases are better for temps and I should have just got a bigger/better mount.
