Just a heads up. I have this and it barrrreeeellly fits my pc case width. I have a relatively narrow case, too. So just make sure to measure twice cut once on this purchase!

Remember that your desk must be thick enough for the mounting screws. The screw length is not specified but this mount alone is over 6lb, pair that with a pc case and you are looking at up to just under 30lb being suspended.

have a define c, probably won't fit

Based on the specifications, your Fractal Define C is likely too wide for this mount.
Here's a quick breakdown:

I have never seen a computer weigh 22 lbs. My 2 main ones weigh in at 72 and 87 lbs, my wife's is about 37, my sons and daughter's are 30 and 32.

I ended up buying a new nice looking case, but bigger cases are better for temps and I should have just got a bigger/better mount.

Yeah, this is really designed for small form factor desktop PCs. They fall directly into that size and weight category. Those at one time were the most common business desktops, but I believe that's now shifted to desktop minis over the past 5 years.
